How it works
Join the Zalando Partner Programme
Apply to become a Zalando partner at partner.zalando.com. Once approved you'll gain access to the Merchant Portal.
Create API credentials
In the Merchant Portal go to Settings → API Access and create a Client ID and Client Secret.
Connect Salync
In Salync go to Channels → Connect Channel, select Zalando, and enter your Client ID and Secret. Salync will verify them.
Map EANs to products
On each product's Channels tab, enter the Zalando article EAN. Salync handles all stock pushes from that point.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an existing Zalando Partner account?
Yes. You need an active Zalando Partner Programme account with API access enabled. Salync cannot create listings or onboard sellers.
Why does Salync re-exchange tokens on every push?
Zalando access tokens expire quickly. Re-exchanging on every push is the safest approach — it guarantees the token is always fresh.
What is the article EAN used for?
EAN is the identifier Zalando uses for each article variant. Salync uses it to target the correct listing when pushing stock.
Can I sync Zalando alongside UK marketplaces?
Yes — Salync supports any combination of channels. Connect Zalando alongside Shopify, eBay, ASOS, and more.
What if a product doesn't have an EAN?
You'll need to obtain or assign a valid EAN before Zalando will accept stock updates for that article. GTIN is also accepted.
