By creating an account or using Salync (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Salync Ltd("we", "us") provides Salync, a cloud-based inventory management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@salync.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times over seven days before suspending your account. You can update your payment method at any time in Settings → Billing.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at the applicable rate based on your billing address.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the free Starter plan unless you add a payment method.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Salync ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process your Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Customer Data. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of Customer Data caused by your own actions or third-party integrations you connect.
The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned bySalync Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of these Terms for a period of three years.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance) and force majeure events. We do not offer financial SLA credits on the Starter (free) plan.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before permanently discontinuing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salync Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salync Ltd and its employees from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time in Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may export your data before cancelling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and with an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
