How it works
Become a NOTHS partner
Apply at notonthehighstreet.com/join. Once approved and live you'll have access to the Partner Portal.
Get your Partner API key
In the NOTHS Partner Portal go to Settings → API and generate an API key.
Connect Salync
In Salync go to Channels → Connect Channel, select Not On The High Street, and enter your API key.
Map product IDs
On each product's Channels tab, enter the NOTHS product ID. Salync will keep quantities accurate automatically.

Do I need to be an approved NOTHS partner?
Yes. You need an active NOTHS partner account to get an API key. Salync uses the Partner API to update stock.
What is the NOTHS product ID?
It's the numeric identifier for each product in your NOTHS Partner Portal. You'll find it in the Products section.
Does Salync support made-to-order items?
Yes — you can set a stock quantity (e.g. 5) even for made-to-order items so Salync knows when to show as out of stock.
Can I connect NOTHS with Etsy and Shopify?
Absolutely. Salync syncs a shared stock pool across NOTHS, Etsy, Shopify, and every other channel you connect.
What happens when a NOTHS product goes out of stock?
Salync pushes 0 quantity to the NOTHS API, which marks the product as unavailable on the platform automatically.
