How it works
Get your Wayfair API credentials
Log in to Wayfair Partner Home, navigate to Settings → API Access, and create a new application to get your Client ID and Client Secret.
Connect in Salync
Go to Channels → Connect channel, choose Wayfair, enter your Client ID and Secret, and click Connect. Salync verifies them immediately.
Set your Supplier Part Numbers
On each product in Salync, open the Channels tab and enter the Wayfair Supplier Part Number. This is the identifier Wayfair uses for your inventory items.

The Wayfair Supplier API allows approved suppliers to programmatically update inventory quantities, prices, and other catalogue data. It uses OAuth2 for authentication.
How does Salync authenticate with Wayfair?
Salync uses your Client ID and Client Secret to obtain a short-lived OAuth2 access token on each sync. Your credentials are stored securely and never exposed.
What is a Supplier Part Number?
Your Wayfair Supplier Part Number (SPN) is the identifier you assigned to each product when setting it up in Wayfair Partner Home. Enter it in Salync on each product's Channels tab.
Does Salync update Wayfair when I sell on Amazon?
Yes. Any sale on any connected channel — Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc. — triggers an automatic stock deduction and a push to your Wayfair inventory.
Do I need a Wayfair supplier account?
